Storage costs: ($245 per calendar month). To keep our storage fees low, we have a minimum 2 month storage term from the date of storage. We don’t charge admin fees, bonds or refundable deposits. Prior to moving in the first invoice is for 2 months - $490 and monthly thereafter at $245. We do not accept cash and we email our invoices in advance of the due date. All storage fees are to be paid in advance. When you are ready to vacate, just give us 14 days notice. Easy..

Any late payments after 7 days of the due date will incur a late payment fee of $25.
A cleaning fee of $44 will apply at the date of vacating if deemed necessary by Geelong.

IMPORTANT POINTS:

ALL PAYMENTS ARE IN ADVANCE BY YOU. (THE STORER)
GOODS ARE STORED AT YOUR SOLE RISK, AS GEELONG CARAVAN STORAGE IS NOT LIABLE FOR THE LOSS OF ANY GOODS STORED ON IT’S PREMISES. (YOU SHOULD TAKE OUT ANY REQUIRED ADEQUATE INSURANCE)
NO HAZARDOUS, ILLEGAL, STOLEN, FLAMMABLE, EXPLOSIVE, ENVIROMENTALLY HARMFUL, PERISHABLE GOODS, LIVING THINGS OR GOODS THAT ARE A RISK TO PROPERTY OR PERSON MAY BE STORED.
IF THE STORER FAILS TO PAY THEIR STORAGE FEES, GEELONG CARAVAN STORAGE HAS CERTAIN RIGHTS TO SEIZE, SELL OR DISPOSE OF THE STORERS GOODS.
THE STORER MUST NOTIFY GEELONG CARAVAN STORAGE OF ANY CHANGES TO STORERS, OR ALTERNATE PERSONS, CONTACT DETAILS.

STORERS ACCEPTANCE:

BY SIGNING THIS AGREEMENT THE STORER ACKNOWLEDGES THEY UNDERSTAND IT AND HAVE READ AND AGREE TO THE AGREEMENT AND THE TERMS & CONDITIONS OF CONTAINER STORAGE FOUND ON OUR WEBSITE.
